MainStreet Renewables Pte Ltd (“MSR”) is a Singapore-based environmental asset development company established in 2020 and focused on the research, development and commercialisation of Carbon Credit Projects.
MSR works through its subsidiaries, regional Project Proponents and specialist partners to identify environmental opportunities and progress qualifying Projects through the carbon development lifecycle — from landholder agreements and community engagement through Project design, scientific measurement, regulatory approvals, independent validation and verification, technical review and ultimately the lawful issuance of Carbon Credit Units.
Our current focus is the development of large-scale nature-based Carbon Credit Projects in Papua New Guinea, where the Group works with customary landowners, communities, government authorities and technical specialists to establish long-term projects designed to protect forests, preserve biodiversity and create sustainable economic benefits.

MainStreet Renewables has evolved from its earlier renewable-energy research activities into the research, development and commercialisation of environmental assets, with Carbon Credit Projects now forming the Company’s principal business focus. MSR operates through a structured group of companies designed to combine international commercial administration with regional Project development.

Parent company, Project owner/controller and Administrative Agent responsible for the strategic development and commercial administration of the Group’s Carbon Project portfolio.
HOP2IT HOLDINGS PTE LTD — SINGAPORE
The Group’s Singapore-based trading holding company supporting regional Project ownership, development and commercial activities.
HOP2IT PNG LIMITED — PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Regional Project Proponent responsible for progressing Papua New Guinea Carbon Projects through landowner engagement, community awareness, Project design, field development, regulatory processes and coordination with specialist technical providers.
Together, these companies provide the corporate and operational structure required to progress Carbon Projects from early-stage research and development toward independent validation, verification and Carbon Credit issuance.

MainStreet Renewables has always been about identifying where environmental responsibility and commercial opportunity can work together.
Our focus today is Carbon Project development.
Developing a credible Carbon Project takes considerably more than identifying a forest and estimating the carbon stored within it. It begins on the ground — with landowners, communities, Project agreements, scientific research, mapping and measurement — and continues through regulatory approvals, Project design, independent validation and verification and technical review.
Only after that work has been successfully completed can a Project progress toward the issuance of Carbon Credit Units.
Through MainStreet Renewables and our regional companies, we are building that development capability from the ground up. Our objective is to develop environmental assets that are measurable, traceable and capable of delivering long-term benefits to the communities and landowners who protect these forests, while creating credible carbon assets for the international market.
